Privacy Policy
WESCO Co., Ltd. ("the Company") processes personal data submitted through the enquiry form on this site as follows.
1. What we collect and why
Required — name, company, email. Optional — phone, country, equipment rating, message. Used solely to respond to your enquiry. Access data (IP, browser) is stored only as an irreversible hash, for abuse prevention and visit statistics; the originals are not kept. We also record which printed QR you arrived from and the country of access.
2. Retention
Kept for two years from collection, then destroyed without delay. Deleted immediately upon request. Electronic records are erased irrecoverably.
3. Processors and overseas transfer
To operate this site the Company entrusts processing to the parties below, which involves storage and transfer outside Korea. This is limited to what is necessary to respond to your enquiry.

When and how: transferred over encrypted connections at the moment you submit. What: all items listed in section 1. Retained as in section 2. If you prefer no overseas transfer, email wesco@wesco.co.kr directly instead of using the form.
4. Third-party disclosure
None. We disclose only where required by law, and only to that extent.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time. Contact us below and we will act without delay and tell you the outcome. You may decline consent; the only consequence is that we cannot process your enquiry.
6. Security measures
All transmission is encrypted (HTTPS). Enquiry records are viewable only by authorised staff after authentication. IP and browser data are stored only as irreversible values, never in original form.
